We build homes, remodels and precast concrete pools across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We need one reliable, hands-on lead to close out our jobs and get the yard right before the client sees it. A finished pool in a torn-up yard is not a finished job.
THE WORK
- Punch list and finish work before the client walkthrough
- Final grade, sod, seed, mulch, plantings, edging
- Backyard restoration after a pool install
- Outdoor plumbing, drainage, downspouts, irrigation repair
- Minor hardscape and concrete, cleanup and haul-off
- Running a crew of 2 to 5 and setting the pace yourself
WHAT WE WANT
- 5+ years in landscaping, grounds or site work
- Carpentry or concrete experience is a big plus
- Can lead a small crew without drama
- English and Spanish a plus, not required
THE DEAL
- Part time, about 20 to 30 hours a week, year round
- $20 to $30/hr depending on experience
- Your own truck that can pull our trailer, a valid license and basic hand tools. We supply the rest.
- Outdoor work in Tennessee heat and cold, on your feet, lifting 50 lbs regularly
- 4 week trial, then we sit down, review, and move you up
- We are looking for someone to keep
