We are seeking a dependable, hardworking porter to help keep our apartment community clean and well maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and works well independently and with our maintenance team.
Responsibilities include:
Clean common hallways, entrances, laundry rooms, and other shared areas.
Pick up litter throughout the grounds and parking areas.
Maintain trash and recycling areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean windows as needed.
Assist with cleaning vacant apartments and preparing them for new residents.
Help with seasonal grounds cleanup and snow and ice removal.
Report maintenance issues and hazards to management.
Assist the maintenance team with property upkeep as needed.
Qualifications:
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to perform physical work, including walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.
A respectful, professional manner when interacting with residents and coworkers.
Prior cleaning, porter, or property maintenance experience preferred.
