An Old Bridge Apartment complex is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing excellent service to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment maintenance work orders.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Prepare apartments for new residents.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and property upkeep.
- Participate in an on-call emergency rotation.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Compensation
