Trailer/tiny home build - $775 (Oklahoma City)

The one photo almost completed was a 5 x 14 tiny home I was constructing. Roof was done door jam was together in my shop Mother Nature wrecked in after 12 weeks of labor and material. I do not have to energy to start over.

A lot of the material I was able to save. I’m selling a smaller trailer 4 x 7 new rims and tires load rated to 2000 lbs. building materials rafters cut for a lean-to roof roof and floor sheeting. 3- 4 inch decking screws.

Sheet metal for roof over sheeting, 3200 watt solar panel. Treated 2 x 3 for flooring, an almost full roll of wall / roof wrap included. $775 for everything but my labor
