This is a Horizon Fitness EX-59 Elliptical machine. Everything works as it should, and it includes the A/C power cord, male/male jack cord to plug a phone or mp3 in for workout tunes, and the owner's manual. It features a single drink holder, and has a headphone jack as well.

Nice little machine with smooth moving parts. It has several different workout programs such as fat burn, calorie burn, etc and various degrees of resistance.
