Good working vintage strobe light, good for haunted house, or dance party. The start of the cord has a surface tear/cut about half across as seen in pics, and there are a few surface nicks on the middle of the cord. Not to be unfriendly, but if you do not know what a strobe light is I don't know why then inquire, please don't inquire if you don't know what a strobe light is, or is for.
