Builder/ Framing contractor looking for an apprentice carpenter to join our crew to help frame a custom home in Ojai. Starting pay is $25/hour. Start date is this Monday 10/5/2026. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to learn residential framing and carpentry. Your job will be to help cut and install roof rafters, blocking and plywood. Previous framing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Basic requirements are ability to be put on PAYROLL (Social Security# and or Tax ID#, etc.) , basic rough framing tools (nail bag's, hammer, chisel, utility knife, etc.), comfortable working up on a roof, transportation to and from the job site, good attitude, and willing to follow instructions.
