I'm looking for a **small private office or unused office space** in the Rancho San Diego / East County area.
I'm an engineer with **30+ years of experience** and am looking for a creative arrangement:
**OPTION 1 – $200/MONTH RENT**
or
**OPTION 2 – TRADE FOR SERVICES**
I will provide professional engineering, design, CAD, automation, AI, or project management services valued at **2X the normal monthly rent.**
**Example:** If your office normally rents for $500/month, I'll provide up to **$1,000 worth of professional services each month** in exchange for the space.
Or we can work out **something in between — partial rent + professional services.**
Services include:

I primarily work from a computer and am a **quiet, professional tenant**. No employees, retail traffic, or manufacturing activity.
A small office inside a **warehouse, fabrication shop, contractor's office, industrial building, or other business** would be ideal.
