A semi-furnished room is for rent, (with dorm size refrigerator, microwave, table, chair, book stand, alarm clock, lamp, ceiling fan with lamp. Private bathroom, street parking permit, utilities, and Fiber Optic WI-FI Internet included. Central Air Conditioner.
We are a married couple, both professionals. We are looking for the ideal person to share our beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house. The room will be available to see on November 4th thru 6th It will be available starting for Rent on November 7th, 2026. The rent is $1100 per month with a $500 security deposit.

Our house is clean and organized, and we live in an atmosphere of peace and harmony. The person who shares our values and mutual respect will be welcome. The room is intended for a female, preferably a student (International Students are welcome), US Marine Corp or working professional, who is respectful, calm, considerate, clean, and trustworthy, so we can share and enjoy a friendly living environment. “NO COUPLES - ONLY one person at all times.
The laundry will be available on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Time will be coordinated. We will provide a permit for street parking. The house is located in the neighborhood of San Luis Rey Mission, Oceanside. Within walking distance to the bus stop 309 and Ralph's market. We are also 15 minutes to the Main Camp Pendleton entrance, and the beach. The property has a pool and Jacuzzi.

We are looking for:
> A female tenant, ideally a student or International Student, US Marine or working professional.
> Someone who wants to rent for at least 6 months or more.
> NO COUPLES, ONLY one person at all times.
> NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS, NO Alcohol, and no overnight guests.
> No pets.
> Must show proof of stable work and income (copy of the last two pay stubs).
> Provide at least two references.
> We may request a credit check.
