SUMMARY:
The Operations Assistant supports the daily functions of the organization by ensuring that business
operations run efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating administrative processes,
managing schedules, tracking projects, maintaining records, and facilitating communication across
departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitating cross-channel feedback from THD, Amazon, and other EDI customers to
management and executive teams.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and
effectiveness.
• Support management with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and preparing
reports.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for operational processes.
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to relay information, resolve
issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining office or operational equipment.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the operations team.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
• Graduation from high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of related field.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Current state of California Driver's License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time.
• Frequently required to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard,
mouse, and other office equipment.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and bend or stoop.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 15–25 pounds.
• Occasionally required to communicate verbally and in writing, including speaking and
hearing clearly in person and over the phone.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision for computer work and reading.
Starting rate: $23/hour
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
