Nice, very large, luxury-styled, furnished upstairs master bedroom for rent in my 5 bedroom, 3 bath north Oceanside home near the back gate of the Marine base.
Room is fully furnished with all furnishings you see in the photos.
Room has a walk-in closet and private bath.
Cable TV, internet, and all utilities are included in monthly rent which is $1,500/month.
Laundry privileges are included.
Driveway parking is also included.
Prefer a white-collar, working professional person who works full time. (Please let me know what line of work you are in and what days and hours you work.)
I am looking for someone who is clean, well-mannered, polite, and respectful. (These are very important.)
Prefer someone who doesn't cook too often (unless you happen to be a great chef/cook)!
No drinking, drugs, or smoking. No overnight guests. No couples. No pets.
I am an older, white, male. My home is quiet most of the time with two exceptions: I have a pool table. Sometimes I play one or two evenings a week -- and some weeks I don't play at all. But I will usually play until about 9 in the evening when I do play.
I also have a drum set in my private home studio and I usually play on Saturday afternoons until about 7:30 and sometimes I play during the afternoon once or twice a week when no one is home. Otherwise, my home is quiet the vast majority of the time so it is not a party home in any way, shape, or form but the renter would have to be able to tolerate the issues described above.
