Full- Time Groundskeeper/ Porter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Groundskeeper/Porter with light maintenance experience for an apartment community in Oceanside. The Groundskeeper/ Porter will report directly to the Community Manager. Candidates must be able to balance and serve all roles to be considered.
Job Responsibilities
Vacuum, Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
Empty and clean trash containers
Clean laundry rooms, clubrooms and office
Wipe down glass surfaces
Wash windows as scheduled
Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed
Grounds keeping duties will include:
Using a leaf blower to maintain the streets and landscaping
Trash pick-up throughout the community and moving trash bins for pick-up
Painting of interior and exterior common areas and light maintenance
Assist with make readies as needed
Escalate resident/guest issues to community manager as required
May be needed for on-call services after hours and weekends
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed
COMPENSATION: Hourly wage based on ability and experience.
