Commercial General Contractor currently looking to hire a full time estimator.
We are a small and aggressive GC and we like to win. We have grown significantly over the last few years and we have no plan on slowing down.
Prerequisites:
- Previously worked for a commercial general contractor and have estimating experience
- Proficient with Excel & Adobe
- Able to read specs, bid documents, drawings and prepare bid documents including bid bond, bid forms, bid schedule, etc.
- Public work projects experience
- Be proactive and aggressive
- Have a winning mentality
- Must show initiative and do what's required. Excuses won't make us win projects.
