Only 6 months old, in excellent condition. Reason for selling is that the recliners are manually operated and it turns out my wife has a difficult time lowering the chair. She is very short and has bad knees so it is a struggle for her. Also the whole unit is a bit big for our small living room when it is assembled. (That is why the separate picture of the joining corner piece) Purchased from and delivered by Home Depot. Price on same unit today is 1278.00 so if you don’ need electric recliners this is a great deal and chance to save some money. I can help load up in your truck, but I have no way to deliver.
