This post is for my Bay Area home....I currently am in my Carlsbad home. This is to be discussed by phone only, not by texting PLEASE!!!
We are two 70+ JAZZ musicians, looking for the right fitting female or females to come and help us take care of our home in the beautiful lakeshore / Oakland / Berkeley hills. We can compensate rent as appropriate. We have been doing our own cooking and cleaning but we could always use a feminine touch.
We are each considered reasonably intelligent and accomplished jazz musicians and performers. who are still playing and teaching music. Also we make and repair Basses and instruments. ..So if you wish to learn the craft of making and repairing bass and guitar instruments, this could become a very cool opportunity for you. If you sing or play music that is even better. Perhaps you can come play with us too. (Come join our band?) The Clairmont has been asking me to come back up there.
We are bachelors so our house is a mess, but our lives are reasonably together. We attempt to move in positive directions. You will need to have a well functioning vehicle and be reasonably together.
No offence, but: we are not looking for someone who is destitute. I assume you are looking for a home to live in because you do not own your home, and we do understand how life can be hard, and how people can come upon rough times...but you need to have some parts of your life reasonably together. (no street urchins please)
