About me: By day I am an office manager at an affordable housing non-profit; outside of that, I keep busy with creative projects (I paint, draw comics, write music, and create videos). I love to hike in the cemetery and in the Oakland hills, and to play music and sing with friends. I am looking for a conscientious working professional who can help me keep the shared kitchen space neat and tidy. The flat is spit into half with a privacy divider between sides, so aside from the shared kitchen, it really does feel like we each have our own private apartment here! :) On that note, I am a somewhat private and introverted person myself, but I do love the occasional kitchen gab, and I am also a great cook and pretty generous with sharing my cooking with anyone who happens to be around.
Financial deets:
$750/month with $750deposit. 6 month sublease to start, with possibility of renewing on a month-by-month basis afterwards.
PGE is our only utility, and it ranges from $50 (in summer) to $125 (in winter, when we use our space heaters)
