Hi all,
I have an open bedroom that I would like to offer to registered security guards or LE/military, either on a sublet or commuter/part-time basis. I am a guard myself, and am having issues with an unwelcome guest being let in by another resident so would appreciate help keeping an eye on the place.
I am open to work trade for general house and handyman work.
