We’re a boutique market research firm conducting nationwide studies in mobile technology, and we’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Research Associate to support our outbound survey efforts with wireless retailers across the U.S.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured outreach, accurate data entry, and working independently while being part of a collaborative research team.
What You’ll Do
Make daily outbound survey calls to wireless retail locations across the United States
Conduct short, professional surveys with store staff
Accurately enter and manage data in Excel and Word in real time
Maintain organized records and meet daily and weekly productivity goals
Communicate clearly with project managers regarding progress and findings
Schedule & Compensation
15–20 hours per week
Flexible scheduling during standard business hours
$20/hour

What We’re Looking For
Comfort with high-volume outbound calling as a core part of the role
Strong computer literacy, particularly with Excel-based data entry and tracking
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Clear, professional phone presence
Prior experience in customer service, research, call centers, or telesales is a plus
