Looking for a backpack that can also be used as a wheelie? The is Osprey Fairview 36 is made for that. I took it on one trip to South America 2 years ago to have flexibility in Airports and then hiking. It's in good shape, there are no tears or broken parts. There is one big pack section for clothing, one webbed section for the flattest things, and one smaller section for toiletries, and a pocket on top for important things (but not your passport!). These is space for 2 water bottles. The pack mechanism itself has arm straps and a hip strap for stability and to enable carrying heavier loads.

See the Osprey description here: https://www.osprey.com/farpointtm-fairviewtm-carry-on-wheeled-travel-pack-21-5-36l?size=O%2FS&color=Cascade+Blue-Torrent+Blue

I won't be using it anymore because of knee problems. :(. Please venmo, zelle, or cash.
