Looking to hire an experienced resident manager for a multi family 37 unit complex.
Qualified Candidate must be committed to providing above average results daily and possess the following:
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
•ABLE TO DO LIGHT PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL
*Install kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposal, shower valves
*Change electrical outlets, plugs and install ceiling lights
• Minimum two years of related multi-family property management experience (20 units or more) preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and able to multi task
• Able to provide excellent customer service while providing the highest standards for resident service.
• Must live on site
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Showing apartments to perspective tenants
• Garbage duty
• Clean Lobby Windows
• Vacuum hallways
• Clean empty apartments
• Handling maintenance requests
• Handling tenant notices
• Monthly time sheet
• monthly make sure gutters on the roof are clear
• Tenant file updates and compliance
• Part Time 40 hours/ month
• 1 BEDROOM DEEP DISCOUNTED
