Hardshell 3-Layer Rain Parka manufactured for the German Bundeswehr in excellent condition. Water resistance of surface fabric is still quite strong, membrane is intact. The parka can be combined with a liner or layered with sweaters for cold weather. I haven't had a commercial rain jacket that matches the performance of this parka in a downpour. From a non-smoking household.

Sleeve length (Pit-to-cuff) 21"
Back Length (Without Hood) 35"
For reference, I am 6'2" and 176 lbs, the parka fits me very loose.
