All of our ice cream uses real dairy but is lactose-free (ask us about it). Our flavors evoke 90s nostalgia: think chunks, swirls, and all of the crazy shit we loved as kids. And our flavors rotate every week. It’s impossible to be bored.
We're a team of hard-working, passionate people. Our jobs are fast-paced and our team is close-knit. We've got a big year planned, and we're looking for someone to run the front of house and grow with us.
THE ROLE:
• Full-time Floor Manager
• Nights and weekend availability required (Wed-Sun)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead the floor and take ownership of the shift
• Set the bar for our team every shift from open to close
• Make sure our customers are having just as much fun as we are
• Train new servers and coach our shift leads so the shop runs the same no matter who's on
• Roll out new flavors every week: teach the team, update flavor cards and signage, check allergens, update DoorDash, etc.
• Own FOH inventory and ordering (cones, cups, toppings, all the good stuff)
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Spot problems before they happen, and fix them before anyone notices
• Make the big calls in the moment
WHO YOU ARE:
• 2+ years of leadership or management required
• ServSafe certification
• Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere
• Detail-oriented and biased towards action
• Passionate about service and presentation
• Able to stand for full shift and lift 50lbs
• Not looking for a desk job
• Excited to learn and looking to grow into a GM role
COMPENSATION:
$22-24/hr + tips ($~10-15/hr)
