ASF Clean Team — Oakland, CA / San Francisco Bay Area
FULL-TIME | PAID TRAINING | $22–$35/HR DEPENDING ON POSITION & EXPERIENCE
ASF Clean Team is hiring dependable, safety-minded people to join our professional field team.
We provide exterior cleaning services for residential, commercial, HOA, institutional and public-sector properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding Northern California markets.
NO WINDOW CLEANING EXPERIENCE? WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
Experienced window cleaners and qualified Lead Technicians are also encouraged to apply.
Starting pay within the applicable range is based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, qualifications and the responsibilities of the position.
Employees assigned to covered public works projects will be paid applicable prevailing wage rates as required by law.
Overtime is paid in accordance with California law.
WHAT WE DO
Our field teams provide services including:
• Residential and commercial window cleaning
• Interior and exterior glass cleaning
• Screens, tracks and skylights
• Water-fed pole window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning and debris removal
• Downspout flushing
• Pressure washing
• Soft washing
• Solar panel cleaning
• Other exterior cleaning and property-maintenance services

• Can work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions
FIELD TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
• No professional window-cleaning experience required for entry-level positions
• Reliable transportation to ASF’s Oakland reporting location
• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to regularly handle and move tools, ladders and equipment used for assigned work
• Ability to perform assigned work at elevation using required access and fall-protection systems after receiving applicable training and authorization
• Ability to follow ASF safety procedures, equipment instructions and job-specific requirements
• Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
Paid training is provided for entry-level employees.
EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS
Depending on the position, relevant experience may include:
• Professional residential or commercial window cleaning
• Water-fed pole systems
• Extension ladder work
• Pressure or soft washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Aerial/mobile elevating work platforms
• Fall-protection systems
• Commercial or multi-story properties
Prior experience does not replace ASF-required training, qualification or authorization for specific equipment or work activities.
LEAD TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
Lead candidates must have demonstrated professional window-cleaning/exterior-services experience and the ability to coordinate an assigned field crew.
Lead Technicians may be responsible for:
• Coordinating assigned daily field work
• Communicating job information to crew members
• Conducting client walkthroughs
• Monitoring work quality
• Training and coaching technicians on ASF-established work procedures within the scope of their assigned responsibilities
• Confirming required job documentation and photos are completed
• Reporting jobsite conditions, equipment issues, incidents and operational concerns to management
• Confirming assigned crew members follow established company procedures and escalating concerns to management
Because driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the Lead Technician position:
• Lead Technicians must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Lead Technicians must meet ASF’s established driver-eligibility requirements for operation of company vehicles, including an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Continued driving eligibility is required for positions whose essential duties include driving.
SAFETY
Safety is a condition of employment at ASF Clean Team.
Employees receive training appropriate to their assigned duties and may perform only work for which they have been trained, qualified and/or authorized as required.
Employees are expected to follow ASF’s established safety policies, training, job-specific instructions and applicable safety requirements; properly use required PPE and equipment; immediately report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment; and stop work and notify management when an assigned task cannot be performed safely under established procedures.
Employees may not bypass, disable or disregard required safety devices, procedures or equipment.

SCHEDULE
• Primarily Monday–Friday
• Full-time opportunities
• Occasional weekend work based on operational needs
• Start and end times may vary based on assigned projects, customer requirements, weather and operational needs
• Overtime may be available
PUBLIC WORKS & CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS
ASF Clean Team performs commercial, institutional and public-sector work.
Certain assignments may be subject to customer, governmental, security, site-access or other lawful eligibility requirements.
