We’re looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Server / Host to join our team. We’re seeking someone who understands that great service is about more than taking orders — it’s about creating a memorable experience, anticipating guests’ needs, and contributing to a warm, welcoming environment.
Our restaurant group operates multiple Japanese restaurants and offers opportunities to grow within the group as we continue to expand.
What You’ll Do
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine hospitality to every guest
Welcome guests warmly and help create a positive first impression
Manage reservations, seating, guest flow, and table turns efficiently
Take orders accurately and confidently, with a strong understanding of food and beverage
Communicate menu items, ingredients, and recommendations with enthusiasm
Work closely with servers, chefs, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service
Maintain a polished, professional presence throughout each shift
Handle guest requests and concerns with patience and professionalism
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented restaurant culture
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of restaurant experience, preferably in upscale, Japanese, or high-volume dining
Strong knowledge of hospitality and service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional, energetic, and personable demeanor
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A genuine interest in Japanese food, culture, and hospitality is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a team
