Experienced CNA / Elderly Caregiver Needed for Woman in Her 80s (oakland piedmont / montclair)

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate CNA or professional caregiver to assist my mother, who is in her 80s. She will be coming home from a rehabilitation facility next Tuesday, and we would like to interview qualified caregivers before then.
We want someone who genuinely has a passion for caring for elderly women and demonstrates patience, empathy, kindness, and respect.
My mother has slight dementia and high blood pressure. She is non-ambulatory and incontinent, so the caregiver must be experienced and comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
Responsibilities include:
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Incontinence care and changing
Safe transferring, repositioning, and mobility assistance
Patient and compassionate support for slight dementia and occasional confusion or memory loss
Meal preparation and assistance with meals
Ensuring adequate hydration
Medication reminders as appropriate
Companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping related to her daily care
Monitoring and reporting noticeable changes in her condition
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday, approximately 4:00 PM–9:00 PM. The schedule is negotiable for the right caregiver.
We are especially interested in someone with hands-on experience caring for elderly, non-ambulatory women. CNA experience or certification is strongly preferred.
IHSS provider/certification is preferred. A private-pay arrangement may also be available, with payment handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will treat my mother with the same patience, compassion, dignity, empathy, and respect that they would want for their own mother.
Dependability, trustworthiness, and a genuine passion for elderly care are extremely important to our family.
Because she is returning home next Tuesday, we would like to begin interviewing as soon as possible and select the right caregiver before her return.
