We are seeking a reliable operations assistant to help our production team with equipment logistics and setup for a live concert event at The Oakland Theater Project this Friday.
This is a one-day position assisting with general concert production and stagehand duties.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with equipment pickup and transportation logistics
* Loading and unloading production equipment
* Helping set up cameras, stands, and other production gear
* Organizing equipment and assisting with basic cable management
* Providing general support to the production crew as needed
* Keeping equipment and work areas organized throughout the shift
Previous experience with live events, stagehand work, or production setup is preferred but not required. Candidates should be dependable, punctual, comfortable handling production equipment, and able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $500 for the scheduled 6-hour assignment.
