We are hiring a dependable **Roofing Technician** for immediate full-time work.
This is NOT primarily tear-off and reroof work.
Our team specializes in **roof maintenance, roof rejuvenation, inspections, minor repairs, cleaning and application work** on residential asphalt shingle roofs throughout the Chicago area.
If you are comfortable working on roofs and ladders and want steady work without spending every day tearing off shingles, we want to talk to you.
### PAY
**$18–$25/hour depending on roofing experience + production bonuses**
Opportunity to earn more as you learn our roof rejuvenation application system.
### WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Work on residential roofs throughout Chicago and the suburbs
* Assist with roof inspections and preparation
* Perform minor roofing repairs
* Help with roof cleaning and treatment preparation
* Apply roof rejuvenation products
* Set up ladders, hoses and equipment
* Drive company vehicles when needed
* Keep equipment and work areas organized
### REQUIREMENTS
* Roofing, construction or exterior home-service experience preferred
* Must be comfortable on ladders and roofs
* Dependable and able to show up every day
* Valid driver's license
* Clean driving record
* Able to perform physical outdoor work
* Willing to learn
