Note: The upper food grate is missing, so you’re working with the main grate only. I never used the upper rack since it couldnt fit much up there anyway and it has more space for a big pork shoulder or 2 without it.
Condition:
This is a used unit that still works great, but definitely has wear.
- Wheels currently don’t roll.
- Some wear on the auger, but it feeds pellets and runs perfectly fine.
- Temperature can jump around a little, but it still produces excellent results – tender pulled pork, fall-off-the-bone ribs, you name it. (Not sure if the fluctuation is because it is older/smaller or I just am spoiled by my other smoker now).
- Upper food grate is missing (main grate is still there and in good shape).
Why I’m selling:
This was my first ever smoker, she has served me well and made the best pulled pork i've ever had.
I upgraded to a bigger smoker though and this one just doesn’t get used anymore. It’s too good to sit around collecting dust!
