We are looking to immediately hire a hard working, competent, individual to build with. Projects are located along the 101 corridor between Healdsburg and the North side of San Francisco. Our focus is on the new construction of residential SFD's, remodels, additions and structural retrofits.
Scope; Frame and sheet from foundation to peak, waterproof and install exterior opening elements, install exterior trim, and install siding with appropriate WRB.
Applicants must meet the following requirements;
10 years experience in custom/production framing environment, building from the ground up.
Ability to read and build from blueprints, while accounting for MEP and other sub-trades needs.
Firm understanding of best building practices, code requirements, and engineered structural systems.
Be reliable, dependable, and take pride in your work.
Have a sense of humility, you are better than the rest because you don't think that you are.
Be able to prove your experience on site, not just say that you have it.
Role;
Communicate to management any progress, issues, or potential on-site setbacks.
Look ahead and anticipate manpower or material needs.
Delegate tasks to 3-4 man crew while leading from the front.
