U.s. military Vietnam war variation mix-991/u flashlight. In great condition, except when you turn it on , no light. I cannot understand why. I see no corrosion inside, and no damage inside. It has all items with it, spare bulb, 3 lenses. Only thing I can think of is bulbs are burned out , or wore because of time ?.
