Dining table inset base - $150 (novato)

This dining table base designed/built with the base is inset from the top for “banquette” seating. This allows the top to extend 18” to 24” outside of the base. So it could more than easily support a 90” x 46” solid-top.
It is a single solid piece construction, it cannot be disassembled. The core of the legs is Douglas fir, with a 1/4” thick zebra wood veneer. The aprons are Brazilian cherry. The finish is a 50/50 mix of tung oil and polyurethane. There is a set of slots for S-clips to attach a top. I have a set of photos of the build for this base, in case anyone might be interested.
It’s unusual as table base. However, an enterprising woodworker could cut the aprons off and re-use the legs for a more typical dining table design.
