Available October 1st but possibly sooner. (Available now). Renting to one person. You will have this charming shared, furnished home to yourself approximately six month out of the year! The female owner is traveling out of the country, approximately six months out of the year. You will have one portion of the kitchen cabinetry and half of the refrigerator to yourself. You will have your own quiet, unfurnished bedroom, bath and separate hallway with closet. Laundry area is shared. No pets live here. When the owner is home you share the kitchen, dining area, living room and main entrance. House is gated and outside the gate , in front, there is a rented cottage , occupied by one quiet tenant. Parking for one car only, on the street, (no large vans or trucks and no extra storage) ). The little sandy beach has 2 older kayaks and the water is shallow near the beach edge; there is also a dock .

Ideally, you have a full time job, working mostly outside the home, you are mostly quiet, friendly, respectful, clean up after yourself. Yard cannot be used for any construction projects or personal jobs. Absolutely no use of illegal substances, heavy drinking or partying.
PG&E utility is shared, garbage, water and internet are paid by the owner.
