Requirements:
* Bilingual – Spanish and English
* Knowledge of QuickBooks
* Experience with customer follow-ups
* Answering calls and responding to customer messages
* Following up on estimates and leads
* Organized and detail-oriented
* A self-starter with initiative and a positive attitude
* Patient, hardworking, responsible, and dependable
* Able to multitask and work independently
📱 Social Media Skills – a plus:
Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, including posting photos, Stories/Reels, and responding to messages.
Experience with garage doors, gates, construction, or home services is a plus but not required.
