The lower margin bears the handwritten title “Scriptures,” an A/P notation, the words “artist’s proof,” and an Amen signature. This example is marked as an artist’s proof rather than with a numbered-edition fraction. The total number of proofs and production date have not been established.

Presented in the existing gold-tone frame with a light-colored mat. Includes the framed artwork pictured in all seven photos.

Condition: Frame has scratches, scuffs and finish wear, especially around the corners. Age-related discoloration and small spots are visible in the framed print and mat presentation. The work has not been examined out of frame; concealed sheet edges, reverse, mounting method and full paper condition are unverified. Reflections are present in the photos.
