We’re looking for a safe, reliable driver who communicates well and wants to grow with our company.
Schedule and work
* Four scheduled workdays per week, targeting 10-hour shifts.
* Home daily and home on weekends.
* Start times and actual shift lengths vary based on load schedules, traffic, and facility delays.
* Operate a Freightliner Cascadia day cab.
* Power-only work, including trailer swaps, drop-and-hook, and occasional live loading or unloading.
* Future regional opportunities may become available. Any changes to the position or schedule will be discussed in advance.

Requirements
* Must have held a valid Class A CDL for at least three years.
* Clean driving record and ability to meet our insurer’s eligibility requirements.
* Current DOT medical certificate.
* Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and pass a DOT drug test.
* Must participate in our ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing program, including random testing.
* Comfortable backing into docks, coupling and uncoupling trailers, and navigating busy Southern California yards.
* Reliable attendance, professional communication, and a strong commitment to safety.
* Amazon Relay and power-only experience preferred.
Responsibilities
* Safely pick up, transport, and deliver trailers.
* Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
* Report maintenance concerns promptly.
* Follow hours-of-service requirements and maintain accurate ELD records.
* Verify addresses, trailer numbers, and load instructions.
* Communicate delays, trailer availability issues, and delivery updates.
* Follow customer and facility procedures.
* Keep the truck clean and treat equipment with care.
