Tasks and Responsibilities:
Operate as Cashier, handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in food assembly, ensuring each order meets our quality standards.
Provide exceptional food service to customers, delivering orders promptly and courteously.
Perform basic cleaning and maintenance procedures to uphold the cleanliness and appearance of service areas.
Serve each guest with genuine enthusiasm, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Execute food preparation tasks using correct tools and procedures to ensure optimal presentation and taste.
Maintain a well-stocked and organized area to promptly serve guests.
Scheduling
Supervise employees and make sure everyone is doing their assign duties.
Monitor Customer service
Check inventory and supplies
Maintain a safe workplace
Team Member Qualifications:
Exhibit good personal grooming and maintain a professional appearance.
Possess strong communication and writing skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift items weighing 35-50 pounds.
Availability to work weekends is essential for all positions.
