Condition: Light usage as this item was purchased toward the time when the earlier service unit did not meet my wife's needs.
The unit has a backrest, positional handlebars padded seat, 4 four inch rubber wheels, basket, padded seat, pony wheels for mounting curbs. There is a locking device under the seat for securing personal effects. There are no defects either to the structure or the finish
AND.... The reason we purchased this item is that the freewheeling dis-engages when the brake grip controllers are released while in service. This unit will not move until the braking grips are engaged. Owner's manual and guide belt included.
