I have a studio apartment available on October 1st. It has a private porch, a HUGE backyard (lots of room for gardening), and a dedicated parking spot. There is an office room for your use as well (I am not calling it a bedroom because it is small and you have to go out the door of the apartment and up an interior, shared stairway to get to it). There is also a shared washer and drier. There are two other apartments in the building with FANTASTIC neighbors. The only thing that isn't included is internet and electric (the heating is electric). Please contact me with any questions or to set up a time to see it.
