Many small and medium business corporations which need a year-end opt for the Compiled financial statements (formerly called Notice to Reader (NTR)).
The benefit of having a Compilation set of financial statements is chiefly the cost. The accountant is not required to verify or confirm the balances as is done in a Review or an Audit. Some lenders accept Compiled financial statements; others require Review financial statements.
Having Compilation statements does allow us to prepare a good plan for your business, its taxes, and your family's taxes.
However, it may not be acceptable for your bank and other lenders or outside shareholders, or some government regulators. It's best to check first.
Do you need a Compilation report? We can help. In practice since 2001, we are well suited to prepare your financial statements, tax returns, and tax planning for your business and family.
