The room gets lot of sunlight and doesn’t share a wall with the other bedroom so there’s a lot of privacy. There is a large closet and additional storage space available. Wifi and a parking spot in a gated garage are also included. Available 12/1 (could also do 11/15 if that’s preferable).
Many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, a park and the Red Line are all within walking distance. It’s a great neighborhood and very walkable!
I am a woman in my mid-30s with two friendly cats. Unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. I work a hybrid job so some days am home working from my bedroom.
