Independent living community looking for dedicated hard working individuals for waitstaff and cooks to join our family. Both must have good customer service skills and a good level of empathy for the elderly. We run a restaurant style dining room 3 meals a day. Must have own means of transportation and willing to work flexible shifts.
Cooks: experienced Cooks need who understand elderly people. Be able to follow recipes as well as work without. Needs to be able to work as part of a team as well as be able to work alone. Food is primarily southern comfort food with some exceptions. Also requires cleaning of equipment and whatever else needed. Pay based on experience.
Waitstaff: Standard waitstaff position. Take orders, deliver food and drink, and bussing tables. Also requires light prep, cleaning, and dishes.
