We are hiring entry-level technicians to work onsite at the **Rivian Automotive Factory in Normal, Illinois**.
**Pay:** $25–$27/hour
**Schedule:** Approximately 45 hours/week
**Start:** ASAP – candidates able to start immediately are strongly preferred
**REQUIRED:**
* Bachelor’s degree / 4-year degree
* Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar technical degree preferred
* Must be mechanically and/or technically inclined
* Willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
**Job Duties:**
Work directly with Rivian’s **Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)** and automated material-handling equipment. Technicians will be trained to:
* Operate AGV systems
* Perform preventative maintenance
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
* Diagnose equipment faults
* Repair AGVs and related equipment
* Assist with keeping automated production systems operational
**Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.** Prior AGV or robotics experience is a plus but is not required.
