Need two man crew to finish siding. LP SmartSide siding, 4'x8' panels on the 2nd floor. The siding is large and heavy, so it takes two men to get it up the ladders to the 2nd floor. About eight full-size pieces need to be installed, and some smaller pieces; the rest are done. You'll need to install paper/wrap and drip edge first, then the siding, caulking around windows, etc. A small area of old siding will need to be removed, probably ten by ten foot section, and it just pulls off. I will want this done on the weekend, and it should only take a day. I have all the materials needed and tools if needed. $1,200.00 flat pay for the job, whether it takes one day or two. I'm not in a rush to get started. It will take me some time to work with you on a date/time for the work so I can have all materials ready. Previous siding experience a plus.
