**Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 per month for Live-In Positions | $14–$15 per hour for Hourly Positions**
Dreamz LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide support to adults in residential settings throughout Norfolk, Virginia.
### Position 1: Live-In DSP/PCA
**Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 monthly**
Housing accommodations are available as part of the live-in position, subject to employment and housing agreement terms.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Providing medication reminders and supervision as permitted.
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.
- Supporting residents with appointments and community activities.
- Monitoring resident safety and documenting daily care.
- Providing emotional support and maintaining a professional residential environment.
### Position 2: Hourly DSP/PCA
**Pay Rate: $14–$15 per hour**
Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and transportation availability.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior DSP, PCA, CNA, or caregiving experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to work with adults with mental health challenges, disabilities, or personal care needs.
- Strong communication skills, dependability, and professionalism.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Willingness to complete required orientation and training.
