We help clients with Medicare, life, property & casualty, ACA, dental, and international travel insurance. In 2026 we added a group and employer benefits division and entered the government benefits and NGO sector.

Who we’re looking for:
Licensed agents with an active California Life-Only and/or Accident & Health license, or Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license
Non-licensed people who want to get licensed. We will train you and help you get appointed if you’re the right person and truly motivated.
Requirements:
Licensed agents: active California license and a clean record
A working smartphone, tablet, or computer
Basic computer skills
Comfortable using social media
Willingness to learn (the most important quality)
Compensation:
1099, commission-based
Paid directly by the carriers for Medicare, life, dental, disability, worksite and group benefits, and more
You own 100% of your book of business and your renewals. A game changer for a broker.
Responsibilities:
Attend a quarterly compliance orientation and a weekly Monday Zoom company update
Complete CRM training
Learn P&C (business, home, auto, liability), Medicare, life, dental, group benefits, LTC, and disability products
