We are looking for at least two skilled and motivated Picture Framers to join our team.
Position: Picture Framer
Number of openings: 2 or more
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Frameworks / Newport Beach
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, Some overtime, and Saturdays 8am to 1pm
Responsibilities
Read and understand work orders
Measure, cut, and assemble custom frames
Prepare artwork, photographs, certificates, and other items for framing
Operate framing tools and equipment safely
Glass cutting
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Complete orders carefully and on schedule
Handle artwork and customer belongings with care
Qualifications
Previous picture-framing, woodworking, retail, or craft experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic calculations
Good communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move framing materials as needed
