FULL-TIME | UP TO $27/HOUR including tips and bonus

The Stand is a fast-casual restaurant built around great food, genuine hospitality, and creating an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a Service Leader / Assistant Restaurant Manager who enjoys leading people, being hands-on, and creating a positive environment for both guests and team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and support the Front of House team during daily operations
• Create a welcoming, hospitality-focused guest experience
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Oversee shift operations and maintain service, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Handle guest concerns and help keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Lead by example and take ownership of your shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of restaurant management or AGM experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Energetic, hands-on, and comfortable leading a team
• Must be 21+ and available to work full-time, including weekends
