A locally owned residential service company in Santa Clarita is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team as a Part-Time Route Service Associate.
This is an ongoing part-time position with short daily afternoon routes. We’re looking for someone reliable who enjoys working independently and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Job Responsibilities
Drive assigned residential routes throughout the Santa Clarita Valley in a company vehicle.
Move customers’ trash and recycling bins to the curb for collection.
Return bins to their designated locations after collection.
Follow assigned routes and instructions using a mobile app.
Provide dependable, professional service.
Job Details
Pay: $20 per hour, with same-day, weekly or biweekly pay available
Schedule: Part-time, Sunday through Friday afternoons (about 3 to 6 pm), routes typically 1–3 hours per day
Vehicle: Company vehicle and gas card provided
Location: Santa Clarita Valley
Start Date: November 2026

Requirements
18 or older with a valid, current driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check following a conditional job offer
Physically able to safely move residential trash and recycling bins
Dependable, punctual and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently
No previous experience required. Training and route instructions will be provided.
