The position will include feeding, watering, turnout, blanketing, general stable upkeep. 5 stalls somedays. You need to be able to work no matter the weather hot or cold. Ability to lift 50 to 65 pounds run a broom and a scrub brush screwdriver and a hammer. Grooming as needed and time permits. If you can travel to horse shows that is plus but not necessary. No smoking on the property. Schedule can vary with your needs somewhat. Weekends will be necessary occasionally. Some horse experience is necessary. Horses are handled kindly but with discipline, NO allowing horses to graze when leading them.
