My intentions of building our dream van has been put on pause, as our newborn baby is here…
This Sprinter 3500 XD is wide open to endless possibilities for any mobile dream. Biggest Sprinter van platform. It has:
4 keys, Led lighting package, cruise control, power control leather steering wheel, rear camera, running boards, heated seats, power mirrors, windows, front and rear glass heaters, mirror heaters, diesel drip heater that runs off the vehicle fuel supply, rear factory overhead AC/heat pump, 5 full seats and seat belts, 360 degree rotating front bucket seats, push button 4X4 high and low factory installed, traction control, towing package, etc.
All modifications are cosmetic, and can be easily removed to “start over”. I have many other accessories not installed. No changes to the factory electrical system, no codes or faults displayed.
Modifications:
Small 1” fill hole with filling cap for fresh water supply with 46 gallon BPA Free fresh water tank(never used), Electric pump and ballast for tank, Dometic comfort height elongated RV toilet is installed, with an open plumbing design, sink/shower basin installed, and thick insulation installed in the roof, cab, and side panels. The top sides and lower section are open and easily ready for any electrical or plumbing needs. A removable step is in the rear tow hitch.
On the roof is mounted 600 watts of RENOGY Solar panels, RENOGY Bluetooth 60 MMPT Controller, and a 6000 watt/12,000 max peak power inverter, a Maxxfan 10 speed electric fan that moves air quietly in or out, and a “multi-attach point” roof rail system, that supports any platform overtop of the solar panels, with 1.5” of safety clearance. We have used 2 folding motorcycle ramps overtop, that folds away from the solar panels or directly over top without damage. This provides 50 SF of rooftop to utilize as a deck or extra storage, with 1,500lbs of storage capacity.
This vehicle has been cared for and properly maintained. We have just over 25,000 miles on this dream machine. This Sprinter van is a 6 cylinder diesel/5speed, not a 4cylinder 10 speed, as are the newest generation of Sprinter Vans.
Interstate travel is 16-20 miles per gallon. Stop and go travel is more like the 15-17mpg. My wish is that this machine brings some incredible adventures. Sincere offers only,
